- Deadline for NON-EEA SPRING 22/23: 21/11/2022. Spring intake is now closed.
- Deadline for NON-EEA FALL 23/24: 05/06/2023 (payment deadline 19/06/2023)
- Opening SPRING 23/24: 07/10/2023 (deadline for NON-EEA: 22/11/2023. Payment deadline 04/12/2023)
There are no deadlines for EEA candidates.
Applying for Spring 23/24 :

What happens next?
- After having submitted your application through the online application platform, our admissions team will assess your file. If anything is missing, we will notify you. This can take up to 2 weeks. Please be patient.
You are an EEA-national or you have a valid Belgian residence permit
- Once your file has been approved, you will receive a letter of admission.
- Admissions will notify you once registration opens up. You can then finalize your registration. Welcome at Thomas More!
You are a NON-EEA national in need of a student visa
- Once your file has been approved you will receive a request to pay:
- For bachelors: the semester tuition fee and proof your financial solvability through blocked account.
- For postgraduates: you will need to pay the total tuition fee.
- If you fail to enrol (e.g. cancellation, visa refusal) the semester tuition fee and the blocked account payment (minus 250€ administrative fee) will be refunded.
- Both conditions (tuition fee and proof of financial solvability) must be met before we can proceed.
- Once our financial department confirms your payment, you will receive your registration certificate and financial attestation. Both documents are needed for your student visa application.
- Admissions will notify you once registration opens up. You can then finalize your registration. Welcome at Thomas More!
