Jarenlang werkten leerkrachten en therapeuten afzonderlijk aan één doel: het kind met leerbeperkingen helpen om zijn of haar leren weer vlot te trekken. Deze jaarcursus combineert beide invalshoeken. Onder het motto: ?Twee weten meer dan één!' is er een goed teamwerk ontstaan waarbij lesgevers uit verschillende disciplines hun efficiëntste zorgstrategieën voorstellen. Het al doende leren en remediëren zonder saaie werkblaadjes maar met heel veel materialen is het uitgangspunt van dit bijscholingstraject. Het creëren van een krachtige, handelende leer- en remedieeromgeving staat daarbij centraal. De cursus bestaat uit 15 intensieve lesdagen van 9u tot 16u. waarop telkens één invalshoek behandeld wordt door een ervaren en zeer deskundig lesgever.

Tijdens deze bijscholing krijg je inzicht in het bevorderen van coördinatie, tools voor groepsgevoel, en tips om oefenstof ludiek aan te leren. Daarnaast herhaal je combinaties om het ritme te voelen en leer je hoe je de Spotify afspeellijst in de praktijk kunt gebruiken. De bijscholing is voor leraren lager onderwijs, zorgbegeleiders en kindbegeleiders.

Tijdens deze interactieve bijscholing verwerf je inzichten over de oorzaken van moeilijk gedrag bij kinderen en hoe dit zich verhoudt tot 'onaangepast schoolgedrag', verkend via de '6 brillen'. Je leert ook over de vijf preventieve pijlers van G. Patterson, die dienen als handvatten om je klas/school te evalueren en een preventieve aanpak te ontwikkelen die duidelijkheid en warmte biedt in de omgang met deze kinderen. Daarnaast ontdek je hoe je kunt werken aan veiligheid en verbinding met kinderen die moeilijk gedrag vertonen, waarbij veiligheid en verbinding centraal staan in een preventieve aanpak. Deze bijscholing is voor leraren basis-,buitengewoon en secundair (1ste graad) onderwijs.
