25-26 April 2024: digital innovation in practice

Alongside migration and climate change, digitalisation is one of the three major themes at the European Social Work Conference in Bruges. Several speakers highlight the theme from different angles. Among them, Sylvie Bernaerts and Tom Van Daele, both researchers at Thomas More University College.
In the first part of their session 'digital innovation in practice: apps for well-being and virtual reality for relaxation', they highlight the possibilities of digital tools for well-being and mental health. In the second part, they zoom in on virtual reality as an aid to relaxation. What are the potential benefits? You can find out for yourself as relevant apps and VR solutions will be tried out.
The European Social Work Conference takes place on 25 and 26 April and is organised as part of the Belgian presidency.
