Ine graduated as an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist from K.U. Leuven in 2010. She conducted several years of research on career and talent management within organizations. Within Mobilab & Care, Ine provides support to the research group and management. She is primarily responsible for preparing financial reports for research projects to various government bodies. In addition, she assists with internal communication and collaborates with Griet in organizing fun outings and activities for the team.
