Annouck De Cat is panel manager at LiCalab. Together with her fellow panel managers, she manages LiCalab's panel database. She is also co-responsible for the operational side of the various living lab activities.
Annouck De Cat holds a master's degree in rehabilitation sciences and kinesitherapy and a master's degree in health management and policy from KU Leuven.
She has been a panel manager and researcher for LiCalab at Thomas More University College since 2023. She is passionate about design thinking, innovation and the living lab approach. Her experience in healthcare, education and as a functional analyst is an asset in managing LiCalab's panel database and setting up living lab activities.
