VITALISE project has opened its second Open Call for research proposals from external researchers from multiple disciplines. Over 40 external researchers can be granted free Transnational Access for up to 30 days to one of the project’s 17 Living Lab Research Infrastructures in Europe or Canada.

The 2nd Open Call for Transnational Access (TA) to the Living Labs of VITALISE Project is now open until January 8th. We are looking forward to receiving applications from entrepreneurs, Living Lab practitioners, master students or other researchers.

The external researchers applying for TA may choose to work on their own projects in the field of health and wellbeing or they can align with one of the main research areas of the project, i.e., (1) Rehabilitation, (2) Transitional care and (3) Everyday living environments (see Joint Research Activities).

TA can be fully in-person, partially remote (i.e., in-person access for a specific time period combined with remote access to the infrastructure’s facilities for the rest of the unit of access) or fully remote. Researchers may only apply for TA to institutions located in different countries from the organisation they represent. During in-person TA, researchers will receive financial support for travel subsistence and daily allowance.
