  • Are you passionate about smart electronics? Do you dis-assemble electronic devices to discover how they work? Electronics-ICT will surely keep you on your toes.
  • You love cars, trucks, motorbikes or motorsports? You are intrigued about what is moving in the automotive world? Check-out Automotive Technology.
  • You have a passion for electromechanical designs, electrical installations, automated processes and/or for energy in and around a building? Electromechanics is your thing.
  • You want to know how to design and build the future? We teach you how to go from a simple idea to a high quality product in Design&Production Technology.

Embedded Factory

We are the only university of applied sciences in Flanders that has an Embedded Factory Lab with CAD tools, a Pick & Place machine…  state-of-the-art-devices that you will also come across later in your workspace. You will have all the necessary tools to turn an idea into an excellent end product.

Makerspace

In our brand new Makerspace you can do some experimenting yourself. We provide all kinds of machines, materials and tools. Imagine a room full of 3D printers, laser cutters and milling machines: you’ll find it all!

Automotive Technology Center

Step inside our Automotive Technology Centre and find more than 20 different vehicles along with all kinds of setups for you to test them out on. From a 4x4 dynamometer to suspension, brake and engine test benches. For real hands-on learning!

    Below you can find an overview of the courses ( under reservation of changes), with the number of credits per phase. Credits express how many hours you need on average to process the subject matter (incl. lessons). Count about 25 to 30 hours for 1 study credit.

      The academic year in a nutshell.

    • Conditions

      The Learning Agreement must be arranged together with the International Coordinator of Thomas More.

      The minimum required English level is B2 (European Framework).

    • Exam regulations

      Autumn semester exams take place in January.
      Spring semester exams take place in June.
      In case you would have to retake an exam, it will be organised in August - September. By mutual agreement between the sending institution and the receiving institution we can consider to retake the exam at your home institution under supervision.
