New Distribution Capability? Who? What? Where?

What are the benefits of New Distribution Capability or NDC for short? Who. What? Where? An introduction to the concept by Philip Claessens. Philip is a former student who started working as a corporate travel consultant at Omnia Travel after studying Tourism. In that role, he was soon introduced to the start-up NDC story in the sector, where the curious nature made him want to know and try everything. So in no time, Philip became the point of contact in the office for other agents when they had questions, and when the NDC story came up to full speed, he was then the obvious person to take the story forward. This is how he eventually became a full time NDC expert, and anno 2022 Philip leads the now expanded 'Travel Technology & NDC' department at Omnia Travel.
