Ronald Reunis is an expert in working in cross-cultural management and working in crisis situations. He was working in the province of Hubei, Wuhan, at the time when Covid-19 was first manifested. In this More Seminar he will talk about the knowledge and cultural intelligence that is needed to work across cultures more effectively. How it is all about how to translate knowledge in doing and consolidate this into the organization. How it is important in a world of changing and adapting ways of working, to implement new systems and acknowledge the cultural differences.
