The guest lecture focuses on the digitization of recruitment and selection and the emergence of promising technologies that would automate recruitment. But what are the challenges, the disadvantages, the consequences and how are things today?
Reinout Van Dorpe, Manager Recuitment & Selection Hudson
Reinout Van Dorpe (°1985) studied at Ghent University where he obtained a "Master in Communication Studies" and a "Master in Conflict & Development Studies". This was followed by a postgraduate degree in Human Resources at Ehsal Management School. After his studies, Reinout started working at Hudson Belgium, one of the largest HR consultancy firms in our country. Since 2010, he has been working in the recruitment and selection department and is responsible for the permanent recruitment of middle and senior management. This for both SMEs and multinationals, both nationally and internationally and across all sectors. Today, he manages a team of recruiters. Within Hudson, Reinout is actively involved in several strategic working groups including the use of artificial intelligence in HR, the digitisation of business processes and the future of remote assessment centres. Reinout has given several guest lectures and webinars at the Vlerick Management School on digitisation in recruitment, selection and other topics.
