  • This unique global perspective program with a regional focus was designed to face the growing demand for world-class professionals to manage the deepening relations between Africa and the rest of the world in the fields of business, entrepreneurship, and cross-cultural management.

    The programme is designed to provide invaluable skills and techniques to individuals, business professionals and organisations working with markets in Africa or planning expansion to the continent.

  • Admission requirements

    In addition to the general admission requirements for an English bachelor programmes, these are the specific diploma requirements for the postgraduate.

    Only students who already obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree can apply for this Postgraduate programme.

    • Motivation letter (stating why you would like to join the postgraduate programme) which will be assessment by the study counselors committee.
    • In addition to the cv/motivation assessment, the study counsellors committee can request an extra  (Skype) interview.

    • Internship programs: Internships allow you to connect academic ideas to a real real world environment, while sharpening your competitive edge as a job candidate. You can choose to do your internship in Africa or with any company doing business with Africa.
    • Company visits and Industry Insight Seminars: The PABS program offers students extraordinary opportunities for professional exposure. You will visit organisations and interact with top executives, hearing about the latest business issues and solutions straight from the source.
    • Case Study Workshops: The PABS program provides training workshops to help improve your entreneurship skills. You will develop your own business, problem solving, analytical decision making and presentation skills and boost your competitiveness.
    • Study Trips: A possible overseas study trip where you will benefit from an inspiring ground level look into the African markets, economies and environments.
       
  • Internships

    You will choose to do your internship in Africa or with any company doing business with Africa.

  • Graduation

    At the end of your study program, you will carry out a graduation assignment. An assignment related to a problem that a company is facing will be allocated to you in the first semester. You will spend the second semester finding a solution to this problem using research while doing an internship. 

    There are 3 phases involved: the research proposal phase, the implementation/validation phase, and the defense phase.
